ION's Summer Celebration:
You are invited to CELEBRATE Alberta’s First Ten Colour Press and Support The Alberta Cancer Foundation

August 18th: 7:30 - 10:30 am.

Professor Ken Macro from CalPoly University (California) and Dr. Sawyer from the Alberta Cancer Foundation will briefly chat about our environment today and the impact it is having on our daily lives. It is for this reason that ION has committed itself to the Alberta Cancer Foundation - to protect our family, the environment and the community around us.

At the celebration we will holding a Silent Auction and we will be donating $50,000.00 to the Alberta Cancer Foundation. In addition, during the months of July and August, we will donate 5% of your new offset print sales at ION to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.

Enjoy breakfast – tour our amazing facility – network with like minds – participate in the silent auction.

You can choose to drive yourself (click here for a map), or to be as eco-friendly as possible, we will be arranging transportation to pick you you up from your office the morning of the event.

ION's Summer Spectacular for Alberta's Design Community:
Print and promote yourself at our cost!

ION Print Solutions is offering you the opportunity to use our new Komori S40P 10 colour offset press to promote yourself at our cost!

Design a promotional piece for your company, considering the capabilities of our 10 colour, 40” press, and we will print it. You will receive a high quality marketing piece and we establish an opportunity to showcase our new press technology using your creativity.

Print Guidelines:

Size & Quantity: 75 Press Sheets (25 x 38)
Colours: 10 colours (including CMYK and varnishes)
Coatings: Aqueous dull, aqueous gloss and varnishes
Paper: Titan Coated or Enviro 100 (100LB cover or 80LB text)
Finishing: Anything in-house (folding, scoring, saddle-stitch, etc.)
Embossing or debossing available, but at an added charge
Must be used for self-promotion
One entry per organization

Deadline for entries is 5:00 pm, July 30th, 2010. All submissions will be printed, showcased and available for pick-up at our Summer Celebration on August 18th, 2010.

Again, family is very important to us at ION. Dad's maybe, for the most part, are a little less emotional than the Moms out there, but they do love you very much. Take a moment today to tell them what they mean to you, or just raise a pint to them and give them a nod and a smile... they will get your meaning. Happy Father's Day Dads!
